Queso Adobera

Se caracteriza por ser de pasta blanda sin corteza, de sabor y aroma a leche fresca, suave, equilibrado, con una fresca acidez y un toque de sal.

Se funde fácilmente y por ello es uno de los ingredientes favoritos de la gastronomía mexicana, perfecto para quesos fundidos y quesadillas.

Tiene forma rectangular que recuerda a un adobe o ladrillo, de donde deriva su nombre.
